Twelve months from delivery against manufacturing defects in the stove, chimney and tent — faulty materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, corrosion from improper storage, over-firing, modification or accidental damage.
- Cancellation & returns
Founder's 50 orders are final. Each unit is allocated to you from a limited first production run at the moment you order, so orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. Your rights under Canadian consumer legislation are unaffected.

Yes. The Founder's 50 is SAVU's first production run. Your order secures your sauna before inventory arrives.
Estimated delivery is 5–7 weeks from your order date. We will provide customers with updates as the shipment progresses.
Because we are not shipping from a warehouse. Units are built to order in small production batches, and we are deliberately ramping slowly rather than committing to volume before we know the product is right. Eight weeks covers the batch being built and reaching Canada.
Payment secures your unit from the limited first production run and locks in Founder's Launch pricing.
